
Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may be eligible for a return or refund. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return items within 30 days of purchase if they are:
- Unopened and unused
- In their original condition and packaging
- Not a final sale or non-returnable item (such as custom-made products)
Items that are damaged or altered by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@xenno.site to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Provide your order number and a description of the item you wish to return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets the eligibility criteria. If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original product and place a new order for the replacement item.
